OBI stores in Russia to be acquired by local investor

German retailing company OBI plans to sell its business in Russia to a local investor, a lawyer accompanying the asset sale said. According to him, OBI stores in Russia may be reopened until the end of April. The name of the investor company, as well as the amount of the transaction, have not yet been disclosed.
