Extension of the preferential mortgage program for 2023 is not yet on the agenda

The Ministry of Finance is not yet discussing the extension of the preferential mortgage program for 2023, deputy minister Alexei Moiseev said. The preferential mortgage program has been operating since 2019 and is considered the main driver of the record growth in demand for housing among Russians in recent years.
